We use Steam trade offers and secure checkout processing. Always verify the item name, float, and trade details before accepting an offer.

Steam can place trades on hold when Steam Guard is disabled, Mobile Authenticator was activated recently, or account security settings changed. Keeping Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator active for at least 7 days usually prevents delays.

Open Steam settings, check privacy, and make sure your inventory is available for trade. Also confirm that Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator is enabled on your account.

Contact support as soon as possible if you need to change an order. Once a trade is completed in Steam, the item transfer cannot be reversed through the storefront.
